I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very spacious, but it can get a little stuffy. I wish I had known about the fan availability sooner. The service was a bit hit or miss, with the day staff being much more friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for my needs, offering a great view of the city, but it may not handle a full hotel capacity well. The dining options were decent, especially the freshly cooked eggs, but the cooked food could be kept warmer. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay with some room for improvement.

The rooms were very spacious, though they can get a little stuffy at times. I found out about the fan for the family room only at check-out, which would have been useful to know earlier. According to the staff, it's one of the biggest rooms in the hotel.
Service

The service was a bit inconsistent, with the day staff being friendlier and more helpful than the night staff. They were efficient, but some could have made more effort without seeming like they were doing a favor. Overall, cheerful and efficient service.
